Built & rolled out a 10-dimension, 50-question Agile Maturity Assessment across PBWM, backed by an independent 839-question verification bank across 8 dimensions & 5 maturity levels.

2. Standardised Ways of Working

Rolled out uniform Definition of Ready (DoR), Definition of Done (DoD), and Spike definitions tribe-wide, closing gaps where squads interpreted "done" differently.

3. Jira Front-Door Process

Jira Data Center Subject Matter Expert — designed standardized work breakdown structure & new front-door intake access process governing Process Automation team.

4. Tribe SM Horizontal & GROW

Initiated & run bi-weekly Tribe Scrum Master horizontal to coach TSMs as a peer group; conduct 1:1 GROW model & Shu-Ha-Ri sessions for SMs and Product Owners.
